One of two beers brewed to mark the departure of our brewer Jake, as he embarks on a tour of Europe in a coffee van. This Pale Ale brewed with 100% Munich malt is a collaboration with SALT head brewer Colin Stronge, who was Jake's partner-in-crime when the pair worked together at Buxton. It combines a rich, subtly sweet malt character with a bright, zesty hop profile.

Aroma & Flavour:
Rich biscuit malt with a hint of spice, leading into marmalade and juicy blackberry

Body:
Medium-bodied with light sweetness and a dry finish

Aftertaste:
Zesty navel orange and light pithy bitterness accompanied by lasting notes of biscuit and spice
