A West Coast-style Red IPA made with fresh, whole cone hops provided by our friends at Yakima Chief Hops. We used Cascade and Azacca - flash-frozen following harvest to preserve their freshness - because their aromatics of bright citrus and pine are an ideal complement to the deep malt flavours.
