In Optimised, we have a DDH Pale that embodies this experimentation and flavour exploration, combining Idaho 7 and Talus hops to create a progressive beer that balances boldness with drinkability.

The hops present aromas of juicy grapefruit and pine resin before delivering bold flavours of citrus, tropical pine and a finale of floral notes. This beer will leave you wishing for an encore.
