Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Brasserie du Mont Salève, this beer was fermented with a mix of champagne and saison yeasts, then blended with a Lactobacillus Delbrueckii sour and dry hopped with 120kg of French aroma hops. 8.3% ABV

Bittering Hop: Pilgrim Alpha CO2 Extract
Malts: Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, Golden Promise
Yeast: WLP566, Quartz Champagne, New England Lallemand
