This Imperial Stout was brewed with 275kg of cacao husks for a rich, lucious, chocolate flavour, before conditioning in Speyside whiskey barrels for six weeks – long enough for micro oxygenation and barrel flavours to enrich the beer, but short enough to avoid tannin and oak dryness. 13% ABV
