Пиво That’s Not Me - Cloudwater, J. Wakefield Brewing

Brewed with our friends J Wakefield from Miami, this decadent imperial stout has been aged in Bourbon barrels for 16 months. Originally brewed as the base beer for our collaboration Pulse 8, it has taken on extra layers of complexity from its time in barrel, providing flavours of milk chocolate, vanilla, caramelised miso and oak.

Aroma & Flavour: Vanilla, milk chocolate, maple syrup, and caramelised miso, malt loaf base
Body: Rich, oily, dries slightly on the finish
Aftertaste: Toasted marshmallow, vanilla, oak and Bourbon
