Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Modern Times in San Diego and Crosby Hop Farm, this low-ABV Pale Ale is designed to showcase two Crosby varietals renowned for deep, fleshy fruit flavours, Idaho 7 and Belma. A high proportion of Munich malt was used to add greater depth of flavour and a subtle sweetness that will complement the fruity notes.

Aroma & Flavour:
Initial hit of overripe mango and pineapple yields to soft peach and light, creamy mango, supported by resinous hop notes

Body:
Light, yet soft, smooth and silky

Aftertaste:
Notes of grapefruit zest become more prominent, underpinned by light biscuity malt flavours
