Brewed with our friends from Siren in Finchampstead, this mixed-fermentation sour is blended from beer aged on raspberries in French red wine barrels and on peaches in sherry casks. The result is a light, funky sour that mixes refreshing peach juice flavour with tart raspberry notes, leading to a dry, tannic finish.
