Gyle No. 475. Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Boundary Brewing in Belfast, this DIPA was dry-hopped in two stages for a balanced, juicy flavour profile. Resinous Cryo hops were added towards the end of fermentation, followed by a Citra BBC charge after fermentation. 8.5%
