Built on a base of spontaneously-fermented wort, aged for two years in a red wine barrel, Our interpretation of an Oud Bruin, presents rich acidity and intense flavour. Conditioned for a year in bottle, it has developed deep balsamic notes, complemented by red berry and a fine sherry character.
