Hazy DIPA w/ Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Citra, Sabro, Simcoe & Amarillo Loads of fresh melon upfront, bursting with flavours of honeydew and cantaloupe, rounded out with notes of papaya, lemon, grapefruit and Swedish Berries. This experimental hoppy beer series serves as a bit of a playground to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are outside the box for us. For the third in the series, we've left our double IPA grain bill largely unchanged and have put all of our focus on the hops. We've deliberately strayed from our practice of limiting our dry hop additions to two or three varieties and have opted to instead throw in all the hops. Well, six to be exact, equal parts of each.
