Crust Academy is the first collaboration between Craft Academy and Toast Ale. This New England IPA was brewed using surplus bread in place of a quater of the malt sum. It has an orangey aroma, hazy visuals, a full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel and a tripocal taste with a subtly sweet finish.
