Mixed fermentation ale with a mixture of quince and Perry pears from our friends at Little Ponoma Cider in Herefordshire. This simple beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, then aged in oak for 1 year. It was then refermented on quince and Perry pear pomace for 4 weeks. It has aromas of pear and rose petals, with gentle acidity and a soft finish.
