Пиво Blend 5 - 2 (Apples) - DEYA Brewing Company, Little Pomona

Mixed fermentation ale with apple variety Dabinett from our friends at Little Ponoma Cider in Herefordshire. This simple beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, then aged in oak for 1 year. It was then refermented on apple pomace for 4 weeks. It has aromas of berries and red apples, a gentle acidity and a soft finish.
