Пиво Hoppy Pils Vista - DEYA Brewing Company

Bright, clean, beautiful Pilsner. Dry hopped with Vista. Vista is a pretty new US hop variety with some interesting characteristics. It's not as intense as many other American hops, and so we thought it would be a great candidate for our Hoppy Pils programme. The aroma qualities of Vista are described as Honeydew melon, papaya and tropical fruit, white peach and fleshy pear. In this beer we definitely get some peach and pear aroma, with some sweet tropical notes underneath. The light ester qualities of our lager yeast play a very quiet second fiddle. The bitterness is low and clean but long, giving the beer excellent drinkability and refreshment.
