Our TAFBO II (Trans Antarctic Brewoff V2) beer, the Son of a Peacher man is a Catharina Sour. A Brazilian style sour ale, half wheat half barley, sour but not puckering, refreshing, and full of fresh stone fruit (peaches, nectarines & apricots). Like good ol' Dusty once said: "The only beer that could ever reach me, Was the son of a Peacher man"
