Only Mostly Dead, the first in a new series of single origin vanilla bean starts off with some plumptastic pods straight outta Indonesia. To create a base that is perfectly paired for the richness of these choice beans we dove into our barrel library and pulled out some amazing Willet, Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, Knob Creek, & Bookers barrels all filled with some outstanding triple mash stouts with milk sugar. These selected stout barrels aged from 12-16 months and then were conditioned on a deathly amount of single origin Indonesian vanilla beans.
