In a c ollaborative effort between ourselves and friends at Wine World Beer & Spirits, we created a Hazy New England Double IPA that was double dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra imbuing the brew with a slight bitterness upfront. Yet as the liquid rolls over the tongue, there are huge flavors of stone fruit, passionfruit, oranges, and mangos. The Oat addition to this beer was at 10%. LONDON ALE III Yeast (the holy grail of all yeasts) that contributes the quintessential haziness that is the style of a NEIPA.
