Third version of our Passion Thug. First one we brewed in our new brewery, this is how we always intented this banger should've tasted! We were pretty drunk at Billies Craftbeer Festival when we decided to brew a rip-off of Lervig's Passion Tang. A whopping 62 hours we let the lactobacillus do it's work. A huge addition of passion fruit gives the beer extra fruity notes and some tartness as well. In the end we've added a little dose of milk sugar to constrain all the sourly violence just a tiny bit.
