Not as red as I'd hoped! (The tag line for this beer should be "No, it just impacted on the surface..." With 8 different hops, it has a complex flavour profile and aroma. (Chinook, Centennial, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Colombus, Cascade and Ahtanum) With a sweet malt backbone and a dry, bitter finish.
