Пиво Blossom - Esker Hart Artisan Ales

Imperial stout brewed with 90% dark cocoa. Blossom was bottle conditioned with cherry puree instead of priming sugar. The result is a sweet and complex yet boozy imperial stout as a toast to my cousin Joe marrying his fiancé Kim. The theme of the wedding is cherry blossoms, so what better way than to brew Joe's favorite beer style (a stout) with a play on words of their wedding theme.
