A dark hopfenweisse, brewed with three different wheat malts, Hersbrucker, Blanc and Enigma hops, and fermented with a classed weizen yeast strain. This showcases both roasted malt flavours with new hop varieties, alongside the classic weizen yeast flavours and the noble hop aromas of Hersbrucker.
