Пиво Fiáin Honey Ale - O’Hara’s Brewery , Firestone Walker

Fiáin Honey Ale is a transatlantic celebration of shared values and beliefs commemorating a bond between two breweries marking 35 years at the forefront of our respective countries' brewing scenes. First brewed in 1998, O'Hara's Irish Red Ale was used as the main base beer for this creation. Once this famed red ale arrived at Firestone Walker's Barrelworks wild beer facility, the beer was refermented in a French oak foeder with Brettanomyces.We imparted even more soul and character by finishing this beer with the addition of fresh thyme and bottle conditioning with local, coastal Californian wildflower honey, produced just a stone's throw from Barrelworks.
