Good foot was created as the hoppy sidekick to Stickee Monkee; designed with a massive hop charge in the kettle to add more hop character for blending. However, barrels have a way of mellowing all things and bitterness is very often lost in the aging process, what was once a hop bomb has mellowed into a balanced and complex barley wine. After it warms, the hops begin to peek through.
