A Flanders inspired beer that receives a generous dose of our wild microflora & allowed a secondary fermentation and maturation for over a year in 2200-gallon French oak foeders. Cinnamon, dried raisins and slight caramel flavors mingle with tart cherries, peaches & some earthy funk. Vanilla & white pepper lurk in the background, and an oak dryness teams up with a firm acidity to create a delicious & quenching beverage.
