Working with Ivan from Oddity Brewing on this collaboration was a pleasure from start to finish. With a deep, creamy haze, and intense aromas of sweet green fruits and dank herbs, as well as hints of lemongrass and peach, this beer's biggest surprise is the juicy pineapple flavour that hits the palate on first contact. Combining Enigma, Mosaic and Idaho 7 with a dash of Columbus hops, further flavours are bound to develop. Look out for honeydew melon, lemon sherbert and yet more pineapple!
