Пиво It Sounds So Romantic - Freddo Fox

A privilege to brew. Paco Villanueva won last year's Spanish Home Brewer's Association ACCE best-recipe prize, and the prize was to have his recipe brewed on a production scale at Freddo Fox. We did our best to match his original recipe ingredient for ingredient. This meant brewing with low mineral water, just a hint of coloured malt, using Bravo, Simcoe and Citra hops, and descontructing the Falconer's Flight hop blend for both kettle and dry-hop additions. But it mostly meant Simcoe. The result is a hop-dominant flavour profile in a refreshing golden, dry and bitter American-style India Pale Ale. Thanks Paco!
