In brewing LATE NIGHTS, EARLY MORNINGS we sought balance above all else. Using Citra hops only, and pale English malts with a small addition of German Munich malt, the result is a soft, juicy but biscuity sweetness that is nicely balanced by citrussy bitterness. Sleep is good!
