Пиво Yellow Painted Pinky - Freddo Fox, Animus Brewing Co.

An experimental spin-off brewed in collaboration with our friends on the local craft beer scene, Animus Brewing Company. Using the same wort as our main collaboration brew, with Idaho 7, Columbus and Loral in the whirlpool, this little lot took off on a different path as we fermented it separately in a "baby" fermentor, dry-hopped it modestly with Citra, and then added a heap of lemon zest, which we had been macerating for several weeks. To further develop a candy-like sweetness, we infused the beer with real Madagascan vanilla during conditioning. Small batch. Very limited availability. In our book, it's a Marshmallow (NE)IPA with candy-store lemon flavours.
