A collaboration with our friends from the local Barcelona craft brewing scene, Animus. Both breweries are fans of three hops in particular: Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Loral. So these three are the protagonists, both in whirlpool and in dry-hop additions. Hence the dominance of citrussy hop flavours like lime, grapefruit and lemongrass, complemented by some tropical fruit and sweet apricot flesh, with more subtle floral and herbal hop notes orbiting the glass also.
