'RUK' in Thai stands for preserve and protect. This Red lager, or Vienna lager is one of the most important historical beer style, originated in Austria around 1830's. The vintage blends of specialty Vienna, Munich and Pilsner malts. Brewed with the softest water. Amber-red in color. Rich malt character with a hint of caramel notes. Medium bodied and almost sweet flavor. Just right on bitterness and carbonation for crisp balanced finish.
