What the heck is "Cold IPA?" Cold IPA is a new fusion of brewing techniques and styles: an ale recipe brewed with German lager yeast, fermented at temperature that's warmer than lager, but colder than a traditional IPA. This ale-meets-lager hybrid is fruity and clean -- especially with our addition of Carolina Rice -- but the generous addition of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops gives it a decidedly IPA finish.
