Пиво Farm's Edge: Alexis - Fullsteam

Brewed in collaboration with Seal the Seasons, a Hillsborough-based "farm-to-freezer" company that flash-freezes surplus produce, and Lineberger's Maple Springs Farm in Dallas, NC, which supplied the blackberries to Seal the Seasons. Alexis is a food-friendly saison brewed with local blackberries, NC-farmed and malted grains, and a blend of brett, lactobacillus and DTX, our house mixed culture. Alexis is our first mixed culture bottle release.
