Пиво Farm's Edge: Lindera - Fullsteam

Notes: Arguably Fullsteam's most food-friendly beer, Lindera is a malty and mildly sweet brown ale brewed with roasted candy roaster squash, foraged spicebush berries, and molasses. Spicebush -- historically a Southern substitute for allspice -- leads with a warm, spicy aroma, hitting the nose with waves of cardamom, black pepper, and citrus. A nutty and biscuity malt profile supports this bouquet of spices. Molasses and roasted squash add a lingering layer of sweet, earthy tones. Our head brewer, Brian Mandeville, served Lindera in early 2016 at the venerable James Beard House, where it paired beautifully with a smoked pork shoulder and farro grits!
