Brewer's Notes: This Berliner Weiße is brewed with 80lbs of local pears and 15lbs of foraged Sumac. It pours a hazy pale with a frothy white head. Intense fruit aromas of pears and peaches are combined with hints of yogurt and lemon. The unique combination of yeast and lactic acid bacteria produces a refreshingly tart beer that dry in the finish.
