Humidity is now listed under IPA. ****PALE ALE NOTES FOLLOW**** Notes: Humidity is an unfiltered, modern pale ale brewed with locally farmed and malted Triticale and barley from Durham-based Epiphany Craft Malt. Hazy and straw-colored with a light white head. Humidity is a hazy beer with a resinous, piney, and tropical aroma. The palate finishes dry with hints of spice and biscuit and a pleasant, sticky citrus hop presence, giving way to earth and fruit.
