Brewer's Notes: We aged this Barleywine in Fair Game, Ferris Port Barrels for over a year to produce a beer that features sweet rich malt tones and a deep fruity port character. The barrels also contribute subtle oak tannins and the yeast produces subdued esters. Lampshade finishes with a pleasant warmth and a rich, full mouthfeel.
