Imperial Stout brewed with 1 gallon of Maple Syrup from Waterfall Farm, 2 pounds of Smoked Bacon from Roses's Meat Market and Sweet Shop. It was brewed using pedal power on the Trolley Pub around Durham, NC. A portion of the brew was then turned into ice cream at The Parlour, and the beer was served as a float with the ice cream, and an added slice of bacon.
