Brewer's Notes: This Belgian-Style Pale Strong Ale is made with over 50lbs of Fraser Fir Tips. The fir tips and a blend of four different hops give this beer its distinct pine taste and aroma that is paired with a mild yeast character and a gentle warmth. This beer has been aged in High Wire Distillery’s Hat Trick Barrel Rested Gin barrels. The barrel aging adds significant layers of botanical flavors and aromas such as dill, floral, licorice, lemon, orange, pine, and juniper.
