Our seventh anniversary IPA is a hazy 7% ABV, 7 IBU India Pale Ale brewed with seven varieties of hops and seven local grains: Virginia barley; South Carolina rice; and North Carolina rye, triticale, corn grits, sorghum, and wheat. In traditional Fullsteam style, this draft-only beer celebrates both the past and the future. The future, with a modern focus on low bittering hops, wonderful hop aromatics, and a noticeable haze -- and in the past, with a 95% local grain bill reflecting our mission since day one: to pioneer a Southern Beer Economy.
