Brewed with Riverbend (N.C.) rye and yeast cultivated from honeysuckle produced by Clemson-based SouthYeast Labs. We let the yeast take center stage. The beer is unfiltered and adjunct-free. Bitter and big, with local rye and yeast. Another distinctly Southern offering.
