Пиво UV-2 - Fullsteam

An extension of our popular Ultraviolet Gose, our new rotating UV series features seasonal and local fruit added to a twangy base Gose. We brewed UV-2 with organic local strawberries from Uncle Henry's Organics (Rose Hill, N.C.), strawberry puree, coriander, sea salt, and a nice punch of lemon. The beer's strawberry presence is subtle and not overly jammy -- just a hint of fresh, sweet berry to layer on top of the citrus and twang.
