Пиво Wild Durham 2022 - Fullsteam

We return to the urban wild with another Durham Beat collaboration. Together, we foraged mulberries and magnolia flowers in and around Durham's historic Maplewood cemetery, adding this urban mix along with elderflower syrup and blackberry puree to tease out the floral and berry notes. After fermentation, we dry-hopped the beer with juicy Mandarina Bavaria and Citiva™  hops, which give off lovely stone fruit, gooseberry and floral notes. The beer smells like a moonlight evening in midsummer. Refreshing, cooling, resplendent.
