Our flagship Pale Ale intensly hopped to celebrate this year’s Harvest. Massive quantity of Lupulin glandes are squeezed into our Gabba soul base malts to create a robust experience of Hop Harvest. For this version we’ve even changed our marker glorious yeast for a Conan strain to leave fuller body for balancing the insane hopping-ratea. Light citrus, grapefruit zest, orange and floral notes shine on the nose, this tea-like long, long bitter made by leafy break down mitigate by yeast work, leave a bold mouthfeel. More mid-west style Indian Pale Ale for this batch than usual west coast Gabba. Italian-cultivar of: Fresh Denali, Wet Comet and Wet Centennial hop are provided by ItalianHopsCompany.
