Morning Star is a Mimosa-inspired wild ale fermented with freshly pressed pinot noir and chardonnay grape juice from @bxtwines in Napa Valley. It is also conditioned on California orange juice and zest. The name Morning Star refers to the planet Venus- also known as Lucifer, the light-bringer. Venus' wandering journey across the dawn sky reminds us of the strange and winding path that comes with the cultivation of knowledge and wisdom.
