Pythia has arrived with an urgent otherworldly message. Named after the Oracle of Delphi, this 7% ABV Beer Encinal, is aged on oak with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape juice. Pythia was conditioned on local wild Bay leaves for swirling depths of fruity funk and a spicy effervescent finish that lingers like a vision in the vapor.
