Salt the Earth is inspired by the cuisine of both California and Italy. Using minerals, fruit, and herbs from the land and sea that surround us, we present a moment from our home and a memory of elsewhere this beer is named for the ruthless act carried out by Roman general Scipio Aemilianus on Carthage after its fall.
