Scaredy Cat is the feral cousin of our feline-themed pale ales. Scaredy Cat is a funky abbey-inspired brett pale ale that’s malty, fruity, and spicy. This copper-colored wild cat is made with Belgian malts and a blend of Mittelfruh, Blanc, Lemond Drop, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin Hops. Scaredy Cat was fermented with our house culture in oak foeders, for a refreshing twist on a Belgian classic.
