Now Here Nowhere is a unique Pilsner that finished its initial fermentation in a single 600-liter French oak puncheon that once held Cabernet Sauvignon. Following fermentation, the beer was allowed to quietly lager in the puncheon for a good long while before being transferred back to stainless. It was then blended with fresh, fermenting lager to achieve natural carbonation during a process called krausening. The resulting beer has all of the nimble, floral drinkability of a clean Pilsner, but carries added complexity from its time in wood. Soft carbonation, light minerality, vanilla, and oak bolster this easy-drinking Summer offering.
