Bamberger is a dedication to the beauty of malt. Rauch or smoked beers were originally produced in Bamberg Germany. Malts would be kilned over open fire, resulting in strong smoke flavor and aroma. Brewed with over 40% Weyermann beech smoked malt, this beer delivers wonderfully balanced notes if smoke, brown sugar and caramelized bread crust.
